Welcome to the Homestead Harmonizers website. The Homestead Harmonizers is an all male barbershop a cappella chorus comprised of men from Beatrice, Nebraska and the surrounding communities. The Homestead Harmonizers use a vintage style of close 4-part harmony to entertain their audiences by singing a wide variety of songs including contemporary jazzy ensembles, Broadway show tunes, old time gospel numbers, patriotic tunes, and of course, classic barbershop! The chorus and its entourage are sure to entertain audiences with a sound that is seldom heard in today's contemporary music.
Any male singer ages twelve and up is invited to visit us during one of our rehearsals and learn more about being a Homestead Harmonizer. We gather for singing, fun and fellowship every Monday night! Join us at the First Presbyterian Church on the corner of 5th & High Streets in Beatrice Nebraska. We start at 7:00 PM (winter hours) or 7:30 PM (summer hours).
